Once we have a final quote, after a discovery call, and deposit is paid — we start pre-production.

Organize your items and create a clear shot list—include SKUs, styles, and sizing.
We recommend sending size small for women’s garments and medium for men’s for best fit and form.

Include a prepaid return label inside your package or email it separately.
Send us the tracking number so we can monitor delivery.
Important: Contact us before shipping—we don’t accept unsolicited deliveries.
Local to Miami? We offer drop-off by appointment.

Once we receive your shipment, we sort and prep everything according to your shot list.
Items are steamed and styled prior to the shoot to ensure a polished presentation.

Delivery times depend on how many products you send and the type of content we're producing.
We stay flexible, but fashion moves fast—confirm your shoot date and send your deposit early to keep things moving.

Your items will be repacked with care and returned using your provided label.
We’ll notify you with tracking once they’re on the way back.

You'll receive a gallery to review and select your images.
Once approved, final high-res files will be sent via download link—ready to post, print, or publish.

Ghost mannequin images are fully retouched and web-ready.
Need tweaks? We offer light revisions—just let us know.

If your shoot includes models, we can help cast talent that fits your brand.
Once your selection is confirmed, we’ll secure the date with a deposit.
